To be honest, I never expected to last this long. I mean, when I started this blog I kept reading about NSFW blogs getting deleted, eventually, for whatever reason, or no reason, so I was just expecting that one day that would happen to me. It didn’t, it lasted to the very last moment. The moment Tumblr decided to pull the plug. I’ve always been amazed that a website like Tumblr allowed porn, so this is not actually a surprise to me. It is sad. It is a pity, but I’ll get over it. I feel more for people whose blogs really mattered, were more important to them than just the pastime it was for me.
What now? I don’t know. I’m not sure how many of you would actually miss me (I’m flattering myself now). Maybe this is just the kick in the ass I needed to finally start writing (disclaimer: it might not be erotica), maybe I’ll just follow the rest of you and go wherever you go, maybe I’ll just stay on my SFW Tumblr and post random stuff like your average Joe (not nipples, though). Or maybe I’ll just fade into oblivion.
I wouldn’t like to finish this little (uhm) post without saying that AMERIKA IST DOCH WUNDERBAR. I could understand there’s no place for explicit porn here anymore, but the fear for nudity that still exists over there is stupefying. Like people seem to find okay to see, I don’t know, someone who just got run over by a tractor and their brains are all over the place (and I won’t even mention all the toxic, dangerous content you can find here), but a *female* nipple, God forbid that impurity. A nipple! Imagine. No wonder so many are deleting their blogs en masse. Not that it’s different in any of the big websites.
Anyway, it’s been some ride here. My ego has enjoyed it. I hope you had fun too. I don’t know how many people I’ve helped cum but, oh well, that isn’t something I can write on my résumé. It’s been a few years building some fanbase and it was fun. I did it the hard way, but if I made it this far, it was because you all were enjoying it. And I think I wanted to say something else because I have this feeling I’m forgetting something, but, na ja, this is long enough already.
I don’t want this to be a farewell, but it’s definitely a farewell from Tumblr. Because they’re kicking us. All of us.
